Our Kid's City ministry hosted a Reachout event for families this past Friday night at Airzone. The idea was simple: arrange a fun night for our KC kids and encourage them to invite a friend. Jessica Bowman, Kids' City Director, sent us the following review of the evening:
"150+ children & adults joined Kids' City in our very first Family Event!
It was a huge success. The kids played their little hearts out, the adults connected with one another and some of our very own leaders stepped up to the plate and helped prepare and execute this awesome event!
A special Thank you to Rose, Donna, Cherilyn, Brooke, and Erin for arriving early to decorate and prepare the space (I will share photos in the upcoming weeks). Jonathan Cox for taking time out of his Friday evening to help transport extra tables and chairs with his truck. And to the many more people who contributed their laughter and energy to help create a fun environment for families to gather."
