I found this post on Fast Company Weblog to be quite revealing. Few of us will admit, that on occassion, just maybe, we have no clue as to what we're doing.
The problem is that if we were all honest with ourselves, we would admit that none of us really know what we're doing. This is certainly true in a professional context and I suspect it's true of many other areas of our lives.
None of us wants to appear nor admit that we are anything less than perfect all of the time. This pride and it causes trouble when unchecked.
To remedy this situation, we ought to confess that sometimes we don't know what we're doing and then ask for help; open up and experiment. We shouldn't be afraid to ask for help when we really need it.
